UK Shipping
Orders are sent via Royal Mail. We aim to package orders between 3-4 days and orders should arrive within 2-7 business days once they have been posted. You will be alerted once your orders have been dispatched.
Please ensure the shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you will assume the cost for the order to be resent.

International Shipping
Orders sent internationally are posted via Royal Mail. Each country has different shipping standards, but orders should arrive between 7-10 days and could take up to three weeks. Packaging is charged at cost. You may be charged a local customs fee upon arrival.

Returns
We’re sorry if you’re dissatisfied with our product. If this is this case, please contact us at hello@londonblockbyblock.com to arrange an exchange or return within 10 working days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of return postage.
