China Town!

As a teenage I spent two summers in China with my family while my father was working there. We were in Beijing and I can still remember so many of the delicious things I ate. Dumplings, noodles, desserts filled with red bean paste, and the delicious jianbing (egg and scallion crepes) that we could get from the street vendor on the corner.
