You might have heard, it is Fashion Revolution Week. A weeklong campaign to encourage retailers to be more transparent with their supply chain. You have probably seen hashtags like #whomademyclothes going around this week, and I wanted to share a map of sustainable clothing stores in London, made in collaboration with my friend @laurenmccrostie.I'll be honest, I don't buy all my clothes from fully transparent/ethical/sustainable companies but I do buy some, and I am a big fan of buying second hand. I think every little bit helps, no matter how small you start. I'd love to know your favourite place to shop sustainably, either online or in-person. Here is the list:The Third Estate- Animal-free shoes, clothing and accessories that will keep you looking good. PiC Style- Capsule collections made right here in London. Sandquvist- Cool backpacks and bags that last. Finnisterre- Everyday wear done right.69 Boutique- An abundance of sustainable clothing from different designers. Nudie Jeans- Nudie offers free repairs, resales second hand products, and recycles what is too warn out. How cool. Swedish Hasbeens- Comfortable and stylish shoes that will last you forever.
